With +20,000 members worldwide, everywoman needed to build an engaging communication strategy. Something that would go beyond a newsletter sent at the last minute every Wednesday.

I started from scratch, designing new email templates and planning webinar invitations and take-aways. I also built automated programmes for onboarding, re-engagement and retention. The trigger for those programmes was based on user data such as last access to the platform.

To continue to be relatable to women and men out there, they asked me to refresh the tone on social media. Using our clients' feedback, we pushed our team's presence and personality at the forefront of our messaging. In six months only, we gained thousands of followers.

For International Women's Day, I used international events about gender parity to create a social media campaign. I created visuals, copy and a social media toolkit for corporate businesses looking to build their own campaign.

I chose a combination of minimalist photography and motivational quotes for the everywomanNetwork. By sticking to a theme rather than a visual trend, we optimised the style shelf life. We also added value to our followers on social media, letting them enjoy short motivational messages outside of the platform.

everywoman strongly believes in role models to inspire female talent. So they produce interviews with senior women in business, the everywoman Ambassadors. To engage compulsive scrollers on social media, we found that hardcoding captions increased views and clicks. So I edited and captioned trailers with the most engaging videos.

I redesigned the prototype to improve engagement and encourage sign-ups. Clicking on the 'bookmark' icon opens a log in or sign up pop-up window. Visiting certain areas of the site lead the user to register. The idea behind it is to have a point of contact to communicate by email and encourage them to return to the hub frequently.
